Why go through the rude hassle of proving you have a legitimate OS installation? Just google "download UPHClean-Setup" and you'll find better places to download that file, w/o any hassle. I wasted half and hour reconfiguring my system so that poor little Windows could get into my computer (yes, I was naked). I learned that Windows wants my computer naked to do "updates". But that didn't help either. It was like talking to one of those revolving corporate phone systems. You finally get the message that they are just screwing with you...
