Have you ever entered a command at the prompt only to have the text scroll by so fast that you had no idea what was returned by the command? You can always use the scroll bar to navigate back up (or use your mouse scroll wheel) to see the information returned by the command.

For me, when it comes to navigating around Windows, the more windows that pop open, the more annoyed I get.
I prefer to just drill down using a menu and expand items in the same window as if I am navigating through the file system while using Windows Explorer.

Out of the box, Task Manger provides some useful information in the Process tab for getting a quick snapshot of performance and system activity. But it can display much more than just basic CPU and Memory information.

By default Windows enables the OS to automatically restart when a system failure or blue screen of death occurs during the boot process. This can be a real pain when you're trying to write down the error code that is displayed before it restarts, so you can troubleshoot the problem.
